Types, varieties and characteristics of wheat

In our country, spring and winter wheat are grown. Spring crops are sown from early spring to early summer and begin to be harvested in late June or early July, depending on the climatic conditions of the region. The sowing period for winter wheat is approximately from mid-August to the end of October. Harvest work begins next year in early June or later depending on the weather.
